DOCTOR WHO (2005)

(Action/Adventure, Canon-Style Plot - Freeform, Humor, Interpersonal Drama)

Group: Amy Pond & River Song

What I want to see is Amy and River trying to make sense of their relationship. What happened after A Good Man Goes to War, after River took her parents back home? What questions did Amy (and Rory, if you want to include him) have for River? And how does their relationship change after Amy finds out that River is also Mels? We saw a bit of that at the end of The Wedding of River Song, and I’d love to see more. And we can assume River saw her parents at least once after they were taken by the Weeping Angels, so what did that conversation look like? Give me Amy and River being best friends, and give me them being mother and daughter. Make it mundane, have alien in it — that’s your choice.

Group: Missy & River Song

Let’s say the Doctor (any Doctor, really) is in danger, and the only people that can save them are their wife and their best friend/enemy. Could the universe take all the awesomeness of that team up without exploding? I suppose it’s safe to assume that River learned about the Master while at the Luna University (after all, both them and the Doctor were pretty active on Earth during the 70s– or was it the 80s?), but what would Missy think of River? Would she consider her more than a “puppy”? Or would she laugh at the whole wedding thing? Which one would propose the alliance, and what is the other’s first response? And how would each react to the other’s MO? They both like to kill people/things, but Missy doesn't really discriminate on who finds themselves at the wrong end of her weapon of choice, and I suppose River might have something to do about that. (If you think you have a better reason for them to team up, feel free to use it.)

MARVEL CINEMATIC UNIVERSE

Group: James "Bucky" Barnes & Shuri

Shuri takes it upon herself to help Bucky recover after he comes out of cryo, and maybe to design him a new arm. He starts thinking of her as a sort of younger sister, but she keeps treating him like the little brother she never had. They have a lot in common, though: they’re both science nerds, they’ve both lost something very important to them (for Shuri, her dad; for Bucky, himself), and, as it turns out, they both really, really like memes, especially outdated ones. And so they become friends. And so, they heal. (Feel free to include any other character, but I only ship Bucky with Steve, and please remember that Shuri is 16.)

Group: Superhero/Man Who Looks Just Like Him Who Is A Reporter

Here’s a few scenarios I’d like to read, mix and match them as you like:

- The superhero is some kind of Bruce Wayne-level celebrity in his normal life, and needs the reported to go to a charity gala as him while he goes fight crime or something. In exchange, he offers a favour. The favour turns out to be a date.

- The superhero is a normal person in his daily life, and the media are always trying to find out is true identity. Someone manages to get a closeup photo of the superhero and everyone freaks out because he looks just like the reporter. The reporter’s life turns into hell, and the superhero shows up to say sorry/figure out what to do next. Feelings happen.

- A villain kidnaps one thinking he’s the other (or kidnaps then both because he has no idea who’s who) and is eternally confused by what is happening. BONUS if the reporter is cosplaying as the superhero and/or the superhero is dressed as a reporter (either because he actually is a reporter or because he was cosplaying as Clark Kent).

(Whatever you choose to write, please have someone point out how narcissistic they both are for dating each other.)


TEEN WOLF

(Canon-Style Plot - Freeform, Character Development, Established Relationship, Fluff, Getting Together, Humor, Interpersonal Drama, Smut)
 

Group: Derek Hale/Stiles Stilinski

Stiles gets turned into something (a merman/animal/creature of your choice) and Derek doesn't know whether he should kill the witch/warlock/villain of the week who transformed him or thank them for the laughs. Because of reasons (Stiles’ dad doesn't know about the whole supernatural thing or whatever) Stiles has to stay in the loft with Derek while they solve the situation. Except:

- they both have a crush on the other and have to spend the whole time hiding it;

- they are already secretly dating and have to keep it from the rest of the pack;

- they were secretly together for a while but eventually broke up, and now have to manage to live together without killing each other or dying of awkwardness.

In the end, of course, love prevails.

(If you want to write smut, I have a preference towards bottom!Derek and top!Stiles, but if you feel your story would be better with the roles reversed, I’m okay with that.)
